We’re committed to being honest traders; providing great products and a friendly, efficient service. We want you to be happy with what you receive and we won’t try to con you. If there’s a problem we’ll do all we can to deal with it promptly and straightforwardly.
Tell us about it
If your T-shirt is defective, damaged or incorrectly printed, or if there are any other issues with your order, please email us at jon@mancitees.uk within 30 days of receiving it.
Please attach photos of the shirt, its packaging and shipping labels and include your order number any other relevant information that will help us deal with the issue.
Sorry, no returns
We use a print-on-demand service to fulfill our orders, with every shirt made specifically for each order. Unfortunately this means we do not accept returns. Our printing service uses the latest Direct To Garment technology, which means the designs will survive many washes. There may be slight colour variations, due to the nature of the printing process in different locations.
Lost orders
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Depending on the circumstances we may be able to send a replacement.
Returned to sender
If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Depending on the circumstances we may be able to arrange a new order, and may be able to issue a refund (re-shipping costs will still apply).
