First we had Colin the King, then we got Kevin De King. Probably the most creative and impactful player ever to play for City. This design is made from this superb picture taken by club photographer Tom Flathers on the plane home from Istanbul in June 2023. A piece of the Premier League trophy crowns King Kev.
Oh Jack…we’re missing you already! Good luck at Everton and sorry it didn’t work out with Pep.
Older fans will remember the classic ‘real thing’ Coke adverts…
A winner of four Champions Leagues (sadly not with us…but you never know…) and four league titles (one with us!). I love that we have Mateo Kovačić, such a vastly experienced (and occasionally explosive) player, at our club.
I hoped Julián Alvarez would be our new Ageuro but, given Haaland, sadly he had to move on. This was the first T-shirt I had made and wore it on the journey to Istanbul. Nobody knew what it meant apart from me. And Alvarez never got on to the pitch that night.
A couple of posters I made to commemorate City’s astounding achievements. Just for personal use, they’re on my walls at home.
The Istanbul one features everyone who played that famous night (plus Pep of course).
The Four In A Row acrostic was therapy for me…conceived the day after the agonising loss to Utd in the 2024 FA Cup final.
